Witness the famous “Light Rail Passing Through a Building” at Liziba Station, wander through Ciqikou Ancient Town to sample snacks and shop for souvenirs. Finally, visit Hongya Cave. When night falls, its glittering lights transform it into a real-life “Spirited Away” world. This marks the end of our unforgettable journey!

This itinerary is for reference before departure only. The final confirmed itinerary will be based on our tour confirmation letter.
In case of government requisition of all hotels in the itinerary, confirmed hotels will be replaced with hotels of the same level. The hotels listed in the final itinerary shall prevail.
Tour participants may not refuse to enter and visit any attractions and shopping stores arranged in the tour itinerary for any reason, but there is absolutely no forced shopping at the shopping stores. All shopping behavior is purely the personal will of the tour participants. When shopping, please recognize the quality and value of the items and make selections according to personal needs. For all returns and exchanges, please contact the merchant directly. Please contact the store directly, which has nothing to do with our company.
When leaving the country, ensure that your passport/ID has a validity of 6 months or more.
Guests who check in on their own or check in early, please call the tour guide one or two days before check-in to confirm hotel information, and register at the hotel with your passport.
It is recommended that people over 70 years of age be accompanied by family members on the tour, and it is strongly recommended that each guest purchase necessary medical and accident travel insurance. Once registered, it is assumed that the guest knows whether their physical condition is suitable for the tour. If any accident occurs during the tour, the travel agency cannot be held responsible.
For tours in plateau areas above 3,000 meters, elderly guests or those with high blood pressure, heart, or lung diseases should voluntarily join the tour. Once registered, our company will assume that the guest and their family members are aware of the relevant travel risks. If any health problems occur during the trip, the traveler and their family members will bear all costs and responsibilities themselves. It is strongly recommended that all travelers purchase relevant travel insurance on their own.

If you cancel the tour for personal reasons, you must notify our company in writing 60 days before the tour departure, otherwise it will be treated as a NO SHOW, and actual related expenses incurred due to failure to notify us will be charged. No refund for any reason within 30 days of departure, otherwise all fees will be lost (Note: If not notified, fees will be charged according to the departure from the tour)
Under any reason and circumstances, if a tour member is late and misses the pre-arranged itinerary or accommodation, the cost will be borne by the customer. Our company is not responsible and will not refund any fees. (Travelers must purchase travel insurance)
When joining the tour, please bring and show our company's final confirmation letter, passport, and permanent resident card to confirm your identity. Otherwise, your tour qualification will be canceled, and the full tour fee will be charged, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Travelers who participate in the full tour as scheduled and comply with all rules will have their tour deposit returned. If for any reason you cannot participate in the tour, cancel the tour, or interrupt the tour, our company will not refund the tour deposit.
Travelers who do not participate in the tour at the specified time and place are considered to have voluntarily abandoned the itinerary. Any pre-purchased tickets or project fees and meal fees will not be refunded. And fees will be charged according to the departure from the tour.
The attractions and shopping stores arranged in the itinerary of each tour group, participants may not refuse to enter and visit for any reason, but there is absolutely no forced shopping at the shopping stores. All shopping behavior is purely the personal will of the tour participants. The quality, price, warranty, and refund of purchased goods and other after-sales service issues have nothing to do with the tour organizer, please contact the store directly. *If a customer leaves the tour due to refusing to enter a shopping point, they need to pay a departure fee of ฿100-฿150/person/day, and all fees will not be refunded.

If the tour cannot proceed or the traveler does not join the tour, customers who have enjoyed the special tour ticket reward must pay the original ticket fare, with a maximum amount of the tour deposit for that invoice. If it involves rescheduling or refund, our company will follow the airline's refund rules and deduct the corresponding handling fee.
For all tours, if the customer has not paid a deposit to reserve a place, our company does not guarantee that there will be enough places for you when the tour departs. Once the deposit is paid, cancellation will not be refunded. But if the itinerary is canceled due to the customer's personal reasons, the deposit will not be refunded.
To maintain the best interests of the group, if any traveler's health or behavior hinders the normal activities or interests of the group, our company's tour leader has the right to cancel their qualification to continue participating in the tour. For the unfinished itinerary, they may not request a refund, change, or transfer; from the time the traveler leaves the tour, all activities and expenses have nothing to do with our company.
When the number of registrants is less than 15, our company has the right to cancel the tour. If the tour is canceled, all tour fees will be refunded. China Holiday will notify customers as early as possible, but our company's responsibility is limited to this.
Minors and seniors over 75 years old who join the tour need to be accompanied by family members. Minors need parents to sign a waiver, and it is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance and be responsible for all insurance-related matters and expenses when joining the tour.
All tours do not include travel insurance such as medical and rescue due to the customer's personal health conditions, so it is strongly recommended that tour participants purchase relevant overseas travel insurance as supplementary protection. The travel agency has fulfilled its obligation to inform.
Travelers may need to apply for a visa for the destination country. If you are denied entry by the destination country, or you are denied boarding due to an invalid visa, please be responsible for yourself. Travelers must arrange round-trip travel within the validity period of the visa (usually more than 6 months). Please refer to the official website of the destination country.
If the tour cannot proceed due to national policy or force majeure, our agency will deduct handling fees and corresponding actual expenses incurred, but please handle all losses outside the tour fee yourself.

For customers who cause adverse consequences, our agency reserves the legal right to pursue.
Guests must keep their personal belongings throughout the journey. Our company, accompanying drivers, and guides are not responsible for theft or damage to property.
For all tours, the price of air ticket tour packages is based on the purchase date.
